I feel such a great power, happyness and love, that I need to move...

I simply dance around to the music of La Good Life and let the energy flow.

Today, it is hot, warm and sunny - so I dance in my bikiny...which is quite nice summer feeling

Wow - we are going to have rich Weekend.

The Brussels Jazz Marathon, this musical and cultural event takes in every corner of the capital in the weekend of 29-30-31 May. The perfect opportunity for the thousands of tourists to not only indulge in Belgian chocolate but also in the sweetest tunes around. All this in the beautiful, historic citycentre.

During these three days, you will get the chance to discover some of the best musicians. Outdoor stages on the Grand Place (Grote Markt), the Sablon Square (Sablon, Zavel), the St-Katelijne Square and the F. Cocq Square. Various clubs and bars will offer a fantastic musical weekend.

The Schuman Trophy (Football Championship) is a charity initiative to help poor and deprived children.

It is organised and managed by the staff of the European Commission who always work on a voluntary basis on top of their daily activities.

The money that they collect is entirely given to charity organisations in Belgium but also in other countries in Europe and outside Europe in order to help children in need.

This money comes as generous donations from the staff of the European Commission but also as specific financial support given by sponsors to the Schuman Trophy. Read our section on sponsors to obtain more information on them.

It has been my dream to run 20 KM Bruxelles for several years but I never made it to Brussel.
This Year, with a new Job at European Commision lot of new exctiting posibilities opened a doors.
So I got a chance to run on Sunday 31 of May and have my race number 3354

We are going to have Sunny and warm weekend, so I really hope, it will be not too hot on Sunday.

In last 5 months, I prepared for the run in Parks of Brussels - mostly in Parc du Cinquantenaire.
I also done some runs around Alster Lake in Hamburg or at the Oostende Beach.
Last weekend, I run 10 km d'Uccle in time under 1 Hour - but I was kind of ghost runner - becouse I forgot to get the tracking time chip.

Brussel is wonderful Green City. It has many parks and I manage to only discover 3 them.
